AMSOIL Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) is engineered to outperform conventional automatic transmission fluids. It is suitable for vehicles from American, European, and Japanese manufacturers, delivering exceptional protection and performance even under severe operating conditions.

Automatic transmissions in cars, trucks, or vans tend to generate excessive heat during heavy use. This heat accelerates the breakdown of the transmission fluid, leading to metal-to-metal wear, sludge, and deposit buildup. These issues are especially critical in modern automatic transmissions with narrower fluid passages, more gears, and clutch packs that require clean, high-quality fluid for optimal performance and extended transmission life.

Compatibility with Other ATFs

AMSOIL Signature Series Multi-Vehicle Synthetic ATF can replace fluids meeting DEXRON® II specifications in older GM automatic transmissions (DEXRON® VI has superseded DEXRON® III).

Service Life

Normal service: Follow the vehicle manufacturer’s recommended drain interval.
Severe service: Can be used for up to twice the OEM drain interval under severe conditions.
