LSPI Protection (Low-Speed Pre-Ignition)
AMSOIL OE Synthetic Motor Oil features a unique chemical formulation that protects your engine from the harmful effects of LSPI (Low-Speed Pre-Ignition)—an abnormal combustion event that occurs when the air-fuel mixture ignites prematurely. LSPI is especially common in modern turbocharged gasoline direct injection (GDI) engines and can cause severe piston and cylinder damage.
AMSOIL OE has been specifically engineered to minimize LSPI risk. It passed the GM dexos1® Gen 2 LSPI test 100%, with zero LSPI occurrences in five consecutive test rounds.

Service Life
AMSOIL OE Synthetic Motor Oil is recommended for oil change intervals specified by the vehicle manufacturer. The oil filter should be replaced at every oil change.
